Local bullets off to Gabon for a friendly match

A locally based Chipolopolo side left for Gabon on Thursday morning ahead of Saturday’s friendly match.

Coach Wedson Nyirenda has named a strong squad comprising of the best from the Zambian Super League.

Wada Wada will hope for a better outing in order to arrest Zambia’s free fall on the World Rankings.

Red Arrows’ red hot winger Stanley Nshimbi leads alongside Green Buffaloes’ Brian Mwila and Ronald ‘Sate Sate’ Kampamba of Nkana.

Sate Sate’s club mate Donashamo Malama is also in the squad.

In midfield Jack Chirwa of Green Buffaloes and Napsa Stars’ midfield dynamo Sikombe will patrol the engine room.

In defence, Nchanga Rangers’ Isaac Shamujompa is set to make his debut.

Zanaco and Zesco United players are not part of the squad due to Continental involvement.

    Ati red hot winger Stanley Nshimbi leads the squad – Zamfoot, i just love your morale boosting language even when it is evident we are being led to the hangman’s noose ! couldnt we have called some professionals who are not very committed ??? Those playing at Ajax in sa, Chamanga, Jacob in China beacause we still need to win these games , but with names like this, we will get a hiding.
