The early kickoff sees the Kabwe derby come to light when Kabwe Youth Soccer Academy (KYSA) host this year’s surprise package Kabwe Warriors who are in fourth position.
With Emmanuel Okutu banging in the goals and currently standing in joint second position on the top scorers chart with 7 goals, Warriors are looking a different prospect this season and are vying for a top four finish.
KYSA on the other hand are struggling in this division having just been promoted but will be looking to build on their ‘big’ away midweek result which saw them beat bottom place New Monze Swallows 1 – 0.
On Sunday, giant fixtures complete the the weekend diary when 8th placed Green Eagles who have the best form in the league in the last five games with three wins and two draws play 5th placed Nkana.
A win for Eagles will see them go on top of Nkana and they wll be oozing with confidence after bashing National Assembly 5 – 1 in their last fixture.
Power Dynamos will also be looking to save their dwindling fortunes but they have a tricky fixture at home against second placed Green Buffaloes who have only lost once to Lusaka Dynamos this season.
