Late call ups Larry and Mubanga make final cut as Chiyangi names final squad
Power Dynamos captain Larry Bwalya and Nkana winger Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba have been included in Zambia national team stand-in coach Aggrey Chiyangi’s final squad for the match against Botswana.
The African Nations Championship (CHAN) penultimate round of qualifiers match between Zambia and the Zebras is slowly coming close with the first leg encounter set for 27th July in Francistown.
The technical bench lost the services of Austin Muwowo and Lazarous Kambole who singed for South African PSL sides, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs respectively. Larry and Kelvin were roped in as replacements for the duo.
The Chipolopolo boys have had successful drills for the upcoming challenge for 2 weeks under Assistant Numba Mumamba who has taken charge in the absence of Chiyangi who is in Rwanda with Green Eagles who are participating in the ongoing CECAFA Kagame Cup.
2019 COSAFA Golden Glove winner Sebastian Mwange maintains his National Team call up assisted by Power Dynamos’ Lawrence Mulenga as two Goalkeepers named in the squad. Team Manager Desmond Mg’awa released the list to FAZ Media which was made available to the ZamFoot Crew.
