Kapumbu ruled out, Nsofwa doubtful for Forest Clash as Mususu, Kola and Rusike start training
Versatile Sensational Zanaco midfielder Kelvin Kapumbu has been ruled out of the match against Forest Rangers with a thigh injury.
Kapumbu will miss the Fole Malembe encounter to give him time for a full recovery the Zamfoot Crew understands. The technical bench was advised by the Zanaco medical team to rest the former Lumwana Radiants midfielder.
Former Lusaka Dynamos midfielder Mwansa Nsofwa is a doubt for the match as he limped off the pitch with an injury suffered during a practice match against the Juniors Young Zanaco on Thursday afternoon at Sunset Stadium.
It’s not all bad news as the bankers have welcomed Chitiya Mususu, Moussa Souleymanou, Tafadzwa Rusike, and Roger Kola back in training and are all available for selection. Zanaco technical bench has confirmed that the players all returned for training ahead of Sunday’s Week 6 FAZ/MTN Super League encounter with the Ndola outfits Forest Rangers who have won their last games.
