Kalunga joins Benfica Castelo Branco
Zambian winger Kenneth ‘Wonder Boy’ Kalunga has joined Portuguese third tier side Benfica Castelo Branco after signing a one year deal this afternoon.
The 22 year old was one of the most influential players for Clube Futebol União de Lamas FF playing 31 games and scoring five goals and created a number of chances.
The Gomes product was a key member of Coach Beston Chambeshi side that won the 2017 U20 Africa Cup of Nations on home soil and went on to reach the World Cup quarter finals.
Kalunga was officially presented to the earlier today after signing his deal. Castelo Branco finished third in the just ended Campeonato de Portugal Prio.
