Zanaco will look to extend their lead at the summit of the MTN FAZ Super league table when they visit Green Buffaloes at Lusaka’s Independence stadium today.
The Bankers are fresh from an emphatic 3 – 0 win over Nkwazi and will be looking to carry the form they should against the Police side to the battle field against the Army side.
Second half goals from Fashion Sakala, Saith Sakala and Ziyo Tembo helped to propel the bankers to the top with 28 points, ahead of Nkana on goal difference over the weekend.
Buffaloes are also fresh from a 1 – 0 win against another defense side Red Arrows at the same venue and will be looking to extend their unbeaten run at Independence stadium since the start o f the season.
Adrian Chama was the scorer in the game against Arrows. The win saw Buffaloes move into 4th position.
Should they win today, Buffaloes will move into 3rd position.
In another rescheduled fixture, Red Arrows host Nchanga Rangers at Nkoloma stadium.
13th placed Arrows are fresh from a loss while Rangers who won against Green Eagles over the weekend will be looking to take their unbeaten run to five games.
