Fashion, Sunzu expected in camp today
Russia based duo of defender Stoppilla Sunzu (Arsenal Tula) and striker Fashion Sakala (Spartak Moscow) are scheduled to join camp today while South Africa based Roderick Kabwe and Justin Shonga linked up with their teammates in Johannesburg .
The Zambia National Team Arrived safely in Accra Ghana yesterday at 17:30hrs and have set up base at the Best Western Premier Hotel.
“We all arrived safely in Accra on yesterday (Sunday), the first group arrived at 17:30 hours while the second group flew in at 22:35 hours. So far Roderick Kabwe and Justin Shonga are with us as first foreign based players to join camp,” team manager Chris Chibuye told FAZFOOTBALL.COM.
The team was expected to have its first training session at the Marcel Desailly Stadium in the morning.
Zambia plays Nigeria on Saturday in a Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup Group B qualifier at the God’s Will Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
