Fashion Sakala starts 2018 with a goal
Chipolopolo attacker Fashion Sakala is off to a good start in they year after he scored a goal for his club Spartak Moscow II in their 3 – 3 draw against Chertanovo on Fiday.
Spartak fielded two different teams on either side of the half in what was the team’s first practice match of the mid-season break.
Sakala was introduced in the second half with both teams level at 1 – 1 but Chertanovo scored two quick goals to lead 3-1 after the restart.
Spartak started the come back with a well taken low drive from outside box.
But the best was left for last when volleyed home for the equalizer in the 81st minute.
Panteleev sent a good diagonal pass into the box which was well cushioned off Lomovitsky’s head to drop the ball on the penalty line, and the 20 year old Zambian born smashed the ball into the corner, to settle the final score.
Sakala has scored eight times in the league for Spartak Moscow II in his first season in Russia.
