Chipolopolo to camp in South Africa ahead of Mozambique clash
The Zambia national team will camp in South Africa ahead of the must win Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mozambique on November 18.
The Football Association of Zambia has confirmed to the ZamFoot Crew that the national team camp will open on Sunday 4th November with the local players while the foreign based players will join a week later.
“The local players and foreign based players will have some time together in Zambia before the team flies off to South Africa where they will fine tune for the game,” the source said.
The Chipolopolo are at the tail end in group K with 4 points and will need maximum points in Maputo to have any chance of making an appearance at the Cameroon 2019 tournament.
Mozambique also has 4 points while Guinea Bissaua and Namibia both have 7 points.
