Chipolopolo lose to Zimbabwe in preparatory match
The Zambia national team has lost 1 – 0 to Zimbabwe in an international friendly match played in that country.
The Chipolopolo who are preparing for the 2018 Russia World Cup qualifier match against Cameroon to be played next week suffered a morale sapping defeat after they were undone by a Teenage Hadebe goal.
The two teams were level at half time but the hosts went ahead with a goal in the 54th minute.
The loss sees new coach Wedson Nyirenda go two games with two losses.
Nyirenda will now have drop 13 players from his team to accommodate the foreign based players.
Zambia next play Uganda on 8th November.
