Bwezani on Week 10 Preview in Stream A

Green Buffaloes Vs Mufulira Wanderers
Edwin Imboela Stadium
Allan Kamwanga watch is officially on and it would be somewhat poetic to add the CEO to the equation of his stay as the in charge of Mufulira Wanderers. Mighty are in Lusaka again as week ten fixtures will be played before week 10 making the away teams last week continue on the away path this mid-week. Wanderers was well beaten at Sunset Stadium and will hope they change fortune against Green Buffaloes.
There is plenty of history between these clubs but everything for now points at a win for Green Buffaloes. In the last six games played in the Super League, Mufulira Wanderers are yet to win, they have lost five and only drew one. They have scored three goals and allowed 12.
Back to business, Bilton Musonda is yet to win since his return and generally the team has no win in the last four games and their last win was a 3-3 victory on 9th February 2019 under Charles Bwale. Even if Bilton arrival is seen as a breath of fresh air at GBFC, the squad need to responded superbly to his instruction, they come into this game as favorites and should find a way to take care of business. And anyway who doesn’t beat Mufulira Wanderers this season?

My Prediction: Green Buffaloes 2-1 Mufulira Wanderers

Kitwe United Vs Zesco United
Garden Park Stadium
As if Kitwe United were not having a hard enough time scoring goals, they now face the tightest defense in the Super League. Defending Champions and eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup, beaten at Mufulira Wanderers in their last league game, ZESCO United need to start redeeming themselves here in the quest to qualify to yet another CAF journey.
ZESCO United have given up just four goals all season (lowest in the league) and Kitwe United have scored eight and allowed 11.
If you are sensing a bit of a trend about how this game should unfold, you’re right, ZESCO United should pick up their third win of the campaign and move to 4th if other results go for them.

My Prediction: Kitwe United 1-3 ZESCO United
Prison Leopards Vs Zanaco
Godfrey Chitalu Stadium
The highest scoring side in the Super League are coming off a high score win in the last match (6-1) and should be able to add to their tally when they visit Prison Leopards.

Firstly, you start asking yourself where goals will come from this Prison Leopards team that has only scored two games so far in the seven games and have that game in hand against ZESCO United. Their defense is not bad having allowed 7 goals but then the opposition they are facing is ruthless.
So far Prison Leopards indicate relegation signs , they are yet to win , however ZANACO represent a step up this season. They will win here.

My Prediction: Prison Leopards 0-2 ZANACO
Lusaka Dynamos Vs Nakambala Leopards
National Heroes
Lusaka Dynamos are holding their own so far this season, picking up 11 points from their past five games and will fancy their chances against a Nakambala Leopards side that are not that bad this season with only three points the difference between the two sides.

With the talent in that squad, Lusaka Dynamos should be doing better than sitting in third and dropping points against teams like Kitwe United. They need to up their games and such are the ones they are expected to win.
Both sides have been involved in plenty of low scoring matches this season and with the lack of goals here, one might just be enough to win it.

My Prediction: Lusaka Dynamos 1-0 Nakambala Leoaprds
Red Arrows Vs Kabwe Warriors
Nkoloma Stadium
The other big game of the weekend features one of Zambia;s closed games . Red Arrows Vs Kabwe Warriors has been one of the highly tactical but few goals in the past. The last high scoring score line was a 4-1 win by Kabwe Warriors here at Nkoloma.
Safe to say that Kabwe Warriors are a much stronger side than Red Arrows right now, however this is a fixture that causes the underdog to rise up and play above their level.

In each of the last four Super League games between these two, Red Arrows are yet to win and they last beat Kabwe Warriors in 2016 away in Kabwe but we have had more draws (9). Kabwe Warriors wins are 7 while Arrows wins are 6.

Big news is that Kabwe Warriors remain the only team unbeaten this season and I don’t think they are ready to lose it here but they will be close .

My Prediction: Red Arrows 0-0 Kabwe Warriors
