Kalunga leaves for Portugal, Set to join Sporting De Esmoriz

Zambia Under 20 AFCON winning winger Kenneth Kalunga has left for Portugal to finalise his move to Sporting de Esmoriz. Kalunga who previously played in Europe at Danish lower tier side Ikast FC left the country at 16:00hrs. Chipolopolo arrive in Algeria ahead of World Cup qualifier

The Zambia national soccer team has arrived in Constantine Algeria for the return leg of the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifier match against the Desert Foxes. Fazfootball reports that the Chipolopolo arrived at the Houri Boumedian Airport at 1020hours Zambian time. Wedson Nyirenda not disappointed by Fashion Sakala red

By James Sibeleki Chipolopolo head coach, Wedson Nyirenda said has said he is not disappointment by Fashion Sakala’s second half red card duimg Zambia’s 3-1 win over Algeria in the Russia 2018 FIFA World  Cup qualifiers. Nyirenda said, what happened to the  U-20 forward happens in football and it is part of the game. Chipolopolo jet off to Algeria

The Zambia national team left for Algeria in the early hours of Sunday morning where they will play that country in the return leg of the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers, hours after beating the ‘Desert Foxes’ 3 – 1 at the Heroes Stadium in Lusaka. The Chipolopolo left aboard a chartered Rwanda Airways flight and are expected in Algeria at 0900hrs Zambian time.
